Patrol Accountability System

California West Patrol's Patrol Accountability System is the management tool that assures our clients receive the professional private security service they intended.

We monitor our patrol vehicles with state of the art GPS systems installed in all of our patrol vehicles.

We monitor our on-site officers with state of the art, portable GPS units.

Our state of the art GPS systems provide us with real time information about the position of our patrol drivers at anytime, day or night. A special feature of our GPS system allows us to put a virtual fence around the properties we patrol allowing us to track the number of times our guards visit each property and the duration of each visit. We can generate activity reports from this system at your convenience.

We conduct hourly radio checks with all on-duty personnel throughout the shift.

Our supervisors conduct random nightly inspections of all posts.


Account Management System

Our Account Manager maintains regular contact with our clients; communication is the key to good service!

We conduct a daily review of patrol officer reports and weekly review of on-site officer reports to ensure you are provided with timely and relevant information about occurrences on your property or facility.

All calls for service are reviewed by an Account Manager to ensure proper resolution and that the incident was documented in the officer's daily report.
